confession #1 - I was in a dark slump there for a moment. I don't know the cause or even how I ended up getting out (or if I'm completly out for that matter), but things are looking up and I'm looking forward to being me again. I kept trying to get myself out and I realized I was forcing the smile. I think I'm ok now. :) <---that's a real one. 

confession #2 - I'm bringing it back to me. "It" being the blog. For a while I got wrapped up in the numbers of GFC followers and what people might like type of thinking. That's over. I'm blogging for me. 

Confession Wednesday [7] link party!

Confession #1 – I ate 3 cupcakes on Monday night. Yep THREE. L I still feel gross and it’s Wednesday! Thanks a lot Sam for brining those over =|. Not to mention I am baking for the rest of the week for the party. Dear willpower, please kick in now. Thanks, the management.

Confession #2 – I totally have been slacking on my workouts *BIG SAD FACE*. I need some motivation. Better yet, I need a better alarm clock in the AM. I have been sleeping in super bad lately. And considering my 1st confession, this is going nowhere good. womp womp.

Confession Wednesday [6] Link Party!

Confession #1: I have a crazy fear of getting lock jaw. 

Is there a name for that? Sometimes my jaw will pop a little when I eat and I kind of freak out (only to myself of course lol) that my jaw will lock. wth? I've only talked to one other person that has admitted to this fear as well. Is there anyone else that wants to come out of the closet? Please? The hubbs needs to see I'm not the only crazy lmao. 

Confession #2: In the back of my mind I'm wondering if this is actually a good link up. 

I mean seriously, one of these weeks I'm going to run out of confessions and it will get deep and personal. I don't know if I'm down with that lol. Maybe I'll make it a monthly link up? 

Confession #3: I secretly wish all of my blogger friends lived on the same block. 

We could have blogger parties and hang out all day long. I'm serious! How fun does this get together look at Crowley Party?! So rad.

Confession Wednesday [5] Link party!

Today's confessions are short and sweet. I hope everyone is having a good week so far! 

Confession #1: I forgot today is my confession Wednesday link party! hahaha seriously. I woke up late, convinced Vayda we needed to get ready fast like super heros (I hope these tricks last forever), couldn't find her shoes so we called Papa. Found the shoes, ran out of the door, ran back in the door (forgot my phone of course) and we were off! Once I finally got to work, which, hallelujah the boss man is lenient on the time I come in, sat down checked my emails and took a breath. Later after answering some work emails and pouring myself some much needed coffee I realized, OMG it's Wednesday! So glad to see you Wednesday ;]. 

Confession #2: Some of my friends already know this but it is what it is. I can not stand the phrase bomb.com Seriously, how cheesy is that? It sounds super 90's to me. If I hear it I won't comment, to each their own, but come on guys, can we pick a new phrase already?

Confession Wednesday [4]

Since I started this little link up I feel like Wednesday's come a lot quicker. I don't mind, it just means we are halfway through the week and that is a-ok with this girl. We have lots of fun plans this weekend, including more ballet fun with Vayda and my cousins wedding! 

Which brings me to my confession #1: I am a HUGE hopeless romantic. No really, I am. I love everything about weddings and could attend a wedding everyday for the rest of my life if I was allowed. Everything from the music before the ceremony while people are being seated to set the mood (I get all giddy inside), to the vows, the wedding glow all around, smirks on the bride & grooms' face that only they know what the other one is thinking, to the crazy fun dancing and wedding cake (can't leave that out right!?). I love it all!

confession #2: While I'm a huge romantic giddy nerd, I have a bad habit of elbowing Vic in my excitement. It's almost like I think if I elbow him he will feel the emotion and be giddy with me. I learned quickly, that is not how it works and he does not appreciate my elbows tapping his or in his side lol. Seriously, he dislikes this haha.  

confession #3: Even though I absolutely adore my girls and love every little moment with them, I am thrilled that Vic and I are taking a night off, booked a hotel room and going are to the wedding just the two of us. I don't think he and I have done this once so I am definitely excited to get some adult time in...especially since racing season is starting up soon. I need to soak up all the Victor Mack time I can lol.

Confession Wednesday [3]

Ahhh I'm so late on posting this post. I'm going to try and start writing these link ups the night before. Mornings are kind of ridiculous for me. 

My confession for today: I am still super giddy inside about my new job. On the outside I'm playing cool but on the inside I'm doing my happy dance through the parking garage. I'm on week 4 and I still love riding the elevator to my little cubicle. 

There have been some bumps along the way, but it comes down to one thing CYOA (cover your own ass). Yep this one's for you girly ;] lol. People are catty I tell you, but as long as you CYOA, nothing can be said. 

side note: After getting Vayda to finally get out of bed I said, "Good morning honey bee" she replies, "I'm not a honey bee moma, I'm a lion!" then I heard her roar quietly in the bathroom while she's on the potty. lol I love that kid!

Confession Wednesday [2]

Happy Hump Day & welcome back to confession Wednesday!

Confession #1 - After posting a new blog post I constantly check to see how many 'hits' I've had after posting. Almost to an annoying point...if you annoy yourself that's pretty bad, right?

Confession #2 - I'm a bad cook. I mean not horrible, but I'm bad at remembering recipes or being creative in the kitchen. I didn't really cook too healthy either but this is all about to change. With the new health issues going on I am trying new recipes out and exploring new ways that you can cook healthy and still have great flavor. 

 I can't believe I'm going to confess this but here I go. Confession #3 - I'm really liking the new Justin Beiber song, Boyfriend. I know. Horrible. Don't stone me until you've heard it. If you still want to throw a stone, make it a pebble?

Confession Wednesday [1]

Oh hey! Let's start something new called, Confession Wednesday!

You don't have to get down and dirty with your confessions if you don't want to. If you do want to get stuff off your chest be my guest, who doesn't like juicy reads?! 

They can be simple..check mine out for today's CW. 

Confession #1 - I did start the Brazilian Butt Lift work out...but I didn't continue haha. I really didn't like how quickly he was moving through the moves and there really wasn't a form to them...I guess I already imagined myself twisting my ankle lol! Of course, that's not a good excuse and I know that after a while it will be easier, but this girl is over it...because I have another fitness plan...

Confession #2 - I invested in he 10 minute trainer LOL. Maybe this is two confessions in 1 (?) - I'm a total infomercial junkie and will believe it all. The 10 min trainer should arrive any day now as will my blog updates about the workout..I hope hah. 

Confession #3 - I wore a dress today to work that feels like it's WAY too short. It looks fine if I'm not walking. But once I start walking it rides up these too large for my liking hips and I feel like I'm not appropriate for work at all. If you're in the area, expect to see me driving to the mall/target at lunch. It's that or I'm not leaving my desk for the entire day.
